This allows us to inform your local authority building control department, removing the very high additional costs, keeping your costs to a minimum, whilst also working to a very high standard.
We hold all the necessary City & Guilds qualifications, are fully insured, and fully up to date with the current wiring regulations.
In addition to electrical installations, we also carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports, abbreviated to EICR’s. Or landlord certificates. You may want to carry out one of these safety checks if you are purchasing a new property. Maybe when selling your exisiting property. Landlords & management companies are now required by law to have a safety check carried out every 5 years. Or after each tenancy change.
